The Samsung Galaxy Express sports a 4.5 inch WVGA Super AMOLED Plus Touchscreen. This smartphone is powered by a 1.2GHz Dual Core Processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. It runs on Android 4.1 JellyBean operating system.

This smartphone houses a 5 megapixels Autofocus rear camera with inbuilt LED Flash and a 1.3 megapixels front camera for video calls.

The projector phone concept in India by Spice projector phones first, I am not really surprised seeing big smartphone vendor like Samsung jumping in to the segment. But still Samsung manages to grab the attention at Mobile World Congress 2012 launching a first android powered projector phone called Galaxy Beam.Not just that it has portable projector capabilities Samsung Galaxy Beam comes with  4 inch WVGA display, dual-core 1GHz processor and powered by Android 2.3 mobile OS.

The feature, instantly displaying (or ceasing to display) either your current screen or PowerPoint, picture or movie files via the Projector app.We can see this being a hit with kids, but we’re not convinced it’ll wash when you make a presentation for your next job interview. Unless you want to work at Stuff, of course. We’d be pleased as gadget lovers watching a smartphone projector.

The Galaxy S III is a success to Samsung's best-selling Galaxy S II. It has a bigger, 4.8" 720p display. Its also the first device to have a quad-core Exynos 4412 processor with each core to clocked at a maximum 1.4 GHz. It packs NFC, wireless charging capability, and the latest wireless radios. It ships with Samsung's Nature UX interface, which is the latest version of TouchWiz to date. Its available in 16GB,32GB, and 64GB configurations. 

Its also available in pebble blue or marble white.The Samsung Galaxy S3 is very thin and lighter for such a large phone at just 8.6mm and 133g. It is comfortable to hold, partly because Samsung has reduced the bezel size keeping the dimensions down as much as possible.The smartphone is almost exactly the same size as the HTC One X at 71 x 137 mm. It’s a really big phone and though it’s comfortable to hold it is sometimes difficult to use, having to stretch across the large screen with one hand simply due to its size. This is coming from a user with quite large hands so we fear that for a lot of users the device will be just too big for day-to-day usage. Both look nice but we prefer the blue option.

Samsung Galaxy S3: Hardware

As expected the Galaxy S3 is powered by Samsung’s own Exynos 4 Quad processor, something we actually knew before the launch event. It is a 32nm chip based on the ARM Cortex A9 quad-core architecture and has a clock speed of 1.4GHz.Strangely Samsung hasn't specified the amount of RAM but our benchmarking app tells us that it has 780MB which the specification sheet would probably tout as 1GB.We're working on bring you the performance benchmark results but from a user perspective the Galaxy S3 is almost flawless. Samsung has managed to achieve the kind of smooth performance only reached by Apple's iPhone. 

The biggest lag we found was the short delay between pressing the power button to wake the handset up and the screen coming to life. But even then the delay was minor.In terms of internal storage, the Galaxy S3 matches the iPhone 4S and has 16GB, 32GB and 64GB capacity options. Much to our delight it also has a microSD card slot for expansion of up to a further 64GB. This choice is a big win in our opinion.

According to our sources, the Galaxy Grand is launched in India on January 17. The phone will be available in India at under Rs 25,000, said our sources.The recentlyannounced 5-inch Galaxy Grand Android smartphone is highly expected to make its way to India in January. Inspired by the success of the Galaxy Note and its successor the Note II, Samsung announced the phone on December 18 silently through its blog. 

 The phone has an 8 megapixel camera and a 2 megapixel front camera. 

The Galaxy Grand will be available in two versions, a dual SIM version (GT-I9082) and a single SIM version (GT-I9080).

And another phone that we are eagerly waiting for is the Samsung Galaxy S III Mini. Though the phone was announced around three months back, but we have not yet heard anything about the launch of this phone in India neither from our sources nor from the company.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 New Release in U.S

Samsung has announced U.S. availability for new versions of its Galaxy Tab Android tablet computer and two new portable media players. Both Galaxy Tab 2 devices run on Google's Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) operating platform with full access to Google Play (formerly Android Market), are powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor, have built-in GPS, and both front- and rear-facing cameras. The Galaxy Players also run on Android, but it's the Gingerbread (2.3) flavor instead of ICS.The tablet benefits from 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 3.0, as well as USB 2.0 physical connectivity and sports a 30-pin docking connector. There's a 3.2-megapixel rear-facing camera and a VGA webcam at the front, stereo speakers for sharing sounds and a 3.5mm audio jack for private listening.

The slightly more portable 7.6 x 4.8 X 0.41-inch (193.7 x 122.4 x 10.5-mm), 0.76 pound (345 g) Galaxy Tab 2 has the same specs as the larger model apart from a 7-inch, 1024 x 600 pixel (WSVGA) resolution TFT display, 8GB of onboard solid state storage and a 1200 mAh Li-ion battery (as opposed to the Li-ion 7,000 mAh in the 10.1-inch tablet) which promises 30 hours of audio or five hours of video playback.
